Funny, but Alliant doesn't even list RL-33 on their website, let alone in their New Products' section. They have no data for the 338LM and for their 338 RUM (which would be appropriate to use,) they don't even list RL-25, which tells me that their testing protocol is limited.
If you can't find data for the 338LM and RL-33, try and look for data that covers the 338 RUM and RL-33 and start low.
Be that Beta tester!
If you're felling adventurous, I might just look for Retumbo data with the 300s and start on the lowish side of things. Those two powders are 'probably' pretty similar.
