I have a OSS HX-QD 7.62mm that I purchased from Silencershop.com. I have run it two times now. The first time the muzzle brake came off with the suppressor. I then had to put more rocksett on and let it set overnight so I could get the can off the muzzle brake. So I just went and shot again yesterday and this time I could actually see the glue bubbling up as you can see in the pics attached. I've read the high temperature Rocksett should work fine for this, however that is not the case. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Rocksett is good to 1500F, so it's not melting. You most likely applied way too much on less than clean surfaces. Surfaces need to be clean and dry. One or two drops is plenty, more is not better. Properly torque the device and go 24 hours before use and you should be fine, unless the thread fit is poor. If the device wobbles much a 1/4 turn from hand tight, you have a thread problem, not a threadlocker problem.
It was pretty clean the first time and you're probably right about too much the second time as I had to get the muzzle brake out of the can. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give that a shot and see how it runs next time.
