Gents, a moment of your time if you please.

many will have read the thread started by the Austrian guy trying to get ahold of us.
Break down in coms on both sides, probably due to changed email addy's and phone numbers and not checking spam boxes. Both sides at fault.

the thread did highlight some interesting points and it became apparent that for a Riflesmith operating outside the USA and relying heavily on US components, the job is a very difficult one. Most of that was covered in the other thread,
communication is hugely important, as is an understanding of the job at hand.

What I want to do now is just clear up any doubt, any negative thoughts.

1. Yes we suffered some setbacks over the last 12 months, not least of which getting shafted by an action manufacturer, and then the death of my Father, leaving me to care for my Alzheimers suffering mother. I lost 3 months work due to that, but I'd do it all again because you only have one set of parents, and when they are gone you miss em.

2. I've been working my balls off to get caught up ever since, and fully intend to have all custom one of a kind builds completed by the end of the year.

3. The production of our series of custom rifles is underway. No more one of a kind build to customer specs, the logistics of it are far to complicated, i just cannot be bothered anymore with the hassle it brings. So a series of rifles built to my spec is the way to go and thats what we are about doing. I know we will have no problem what so ever to sell them.

4. The webshop - accessories retail side of the business is roaring, its doubled since the start of the year. The more own products we get on shelf, rather than relying on far away sources and the further I get one of a kind builds out the way will mean faster turn around on accessories and much better availability.

5. The suppressor manufacturing side of the business is realy taking off right now, which I am thrilled about. After putting so much R&D inton the project with the University of Applied Science and all the testing, evaluation, more testing etc over a full 12 months its nice to see the hard work paying off.

So what I want to say is don't worry about the state of play here at Roedale. We are expanding and things are all falling into place finaly now after 2 1/2 years of full time business we seem to be getting the hang of it. Goof things are on the horizon and we aim to be providing new and exciting shooting equipment, rifles and accessories for years to come.
We are alive and kicking, not yet where I want to be, but we are all working hard towards that goal.

I'd like to take the oppertunity to say thanks for all the support and trade that the guys from Snipers Hide bring to Roedale, and just as soon as Lowlight and I get the sponsorship sorted, we will be giving some of it back to this great site.

Thanks for reading and God Bless.
