Thought I had settled on a small carry arm (Ruger LCR .357) and then I came across a used Rohrbaugh 9mm. One fine weapon, but much more costly. Shot 20 rounds thru it with no problem. Have the chance to get it for around $700 - from a desperate seller. Anyone had any experience with these guns? Good thing I'm not into drugs - this is addicting enough!

I have one for sale at the shop and I just cant get excited about them. Ya they are nice and well built but for the money I would go with a glock 26 and spend the rest on ammo.

Rohrbaughs are great quality guns in similar class as Kahr, some say better. My only complaint about them is their cost. For that price, and if it is in good condition; I would also jump on the offer.

Update - did get the Rohrbaugh. I am very impressed! It's a 9mm, but in a very small package. Good shooter - no misfires after 120 rounds. Has much more heft than the ruger lcp - obviously more expensive, but this will be my ccw. I got a good deal and feel fortunate in that aspect. My wife likes this as well and may use it for her ccw leaving me on the search for another unless i can talk her into using an LCP........

9MMThey are all handmade, and I think they are bad ass! I had the chance at a used one, but didn't jump on it. I have a Kel-Tec 3AT, and while it sings right along with over 600 rounds through it, I just can't stop thinking about that German 9MM. JPG

He has an Ohler (sp?) which is excellent....so they dont make them anymore...go figure. Dont know what to suggest other than that one.

Eric Rohrbaugh used to come to some shoots in our area and demo them. Guys ran them pretty hard and they were solid shooting pistols as far as I saw.
