Anyone know whats been going on with RRA lately? Recently I saw that some of the uppers and lowers were on indefinite backorder. Any ideas?

They are way behind. It's pretty much 2008 all over again in terms of AR's and most ammo. It's due to the election year panic combined with manufactures and retailers taking advantage of it this time after they seen the huge profits from 2008.
It's not just RRA. Shop around and you'll see that it's like that at most places who deal in AR's. Some things are still avaialble, but it won't last long. Model 1 sales are already 10wks out on everything. DSA is sold out with extended waiti times one every model they offer. Marks Armorey is sold out and the list goes on and on.

Its election year again...people are afraid what did not materialize in the first election will now happen in the second election since President Obama has nothing to lose. Heck, I'm having difficulty finding brass and primers as well.
