Suppressors RUGER MARK 3 with PAC-LITE upper

well it is here and assembled. this will be the primary host for the SPARROW that i am getting in the group buy. it is a blued Ruger Mark 3 lower with a Volquartsen hammer...trigger..slide release and magazine thrower thingy installed. then i installed the PAC-LITE threaded upper and the fiber optic front sight. this thing weighs onl 1.8 lbs according to my postal scale. i cannot wait for the suppressor to be here.

Old man is doing something similar. He just sent his Mark 3 to a gunsmith locally to have the barrel threaded, and front sight setback with a new fiber optic one. He is doing his suppressor research right now, but I'll contact you 762 when he wants to finally make the purchase.

well i just put a whole 550 round bulk pack of ammo through it and only 2 malfunctions. that is with no lube at all. seems to work better than stock if you ask me.

SOMEONE needs to make the pistol grips with the fire control group and sell them to people who have bought the pac lite uppers for thier pistols and have the serialized factory upper just sitting around, could have another pistol if someone did it.

I have the same set-up as Operator 1 , except I have the rail in front of the trigger guard , with a laser / light combo mounted on it . The SWR Warlock is a fine can . The Spectre is the same can , except that it is full-auto rated and can be disassembled for cleaning ...

I just turned in paperwork for a couple things including a .22 can....the dealer I use said they have been running up to 5 months now!!!!!

Anyway...I have been shopping Pac-Lites for a couple of Ruger pistols...where is the best place to get them? Yours looks great.

Here is what I finally went with. Ruger 22/45. Didnt want to spend too much on it beacuse the lower was all I wanted anyway. Paid $225 for it new on Texas gun trader. Got the green 4.5 inch threaded reciever with the Pac-Lite scope mount. The Pistol was a base model in all black so I duracoated the grip panels and the front and rear of the grips in OD Green. Put a Sig red dot on it. Have a SWR Spectre bought but waiting for paperwork to go thru. Planned to get to the range today but aint gonna make it. Pictured with my Nordic NC22 AR in OD green.

Machine the grips off of it and have it fitted for 1911 grips that way you can change them out as you see fit.

The Pac-Lite upers are a very nice addition for a Ruger, I picked one up a couple of years ago for an old MK II and have been nothing but pleased with it. I still shoot my integrally suppressed MK II more, though.

+1. Compared to the Mark III with the pac lite the P22 is only good for the trash pile.

The PacLite is aluminum w/a chrome moly bbl. I switched a std. 6" for their threaded 4.5". The whole pistol now weighs about what the standard upper does by itself.
