Ruger Precision price

I've been thinking of picking up a RPR for a while and just saw that CDNN has a "Ruger Precision Rifle 308 Hybrid MB Gen 2" for $799. They also have it in 556 for the same price. Is there something about this model I'm missing or is it just a really good price?

I just sold my gen 1 .243 to a gun shop for $550. If you get it cheap enough you wont take much of a loss on resale. Keep an eye out on the PX and you can find one for cheap that you can throw a good barrel on. Thats what i'd do.
