Anyone using the Hornady 88grain ELD match bullets in there Ruger precision rifle, .223?
At a cartridge Overall length of 2.41" there is a good bit of bullet into the case.
The 2.41" is only .010" off the lands. Anyone shooting these in there RPR with stock barrel?

I can’t speak for that specific caliber, but I have completed load development on three RPR’s (338 LM, 243, and 6.5 CM). Your mileage may vary but each stock RPR strongly preferred the heaviest bullet in its class. Please let me know if you try the 88’s

I did try the ELD match 88's . So far the 80's shot better. will try more with the 88's. even though the 80 grouped better the velocity spread was like 43 fps.
