Ruger Precision Rimfire sub minute?

How action torque specs affects performance I used Federal Target as ammo an example with pictures but had tested several others at the same time all with almost same results, my biggest finding is the original torque spec of 25#s still holds true
25#s 2.21 MOA at 100 yards
30#s 2.59 MOA at 100 yards
35#s which is current spec 3.46 MOA

still waiting on the good stuff but we are taking a scientific approach on what to expect with a basically stock RPRR with just over 1,000 rounds threw the tube

I'm in MN. Anything lower than ~30°F and ammo consistency goes out the window. Laser shooting Annies and Vudoo's can turn into shotguns. Biathlon ammo helps mitigate this by running less viscous lube and less temp sensitive powders/higher velocities to compensate.

Can't wait for warm (>50°F) weather to see what my B14R can really do. Testing in 30°F weather is pointless as you can't tell what's ammo and what's rifle.
I ran some Lapua Biathlon Xtreme and the MV ES was amazing at 18fps over 30 shots; but unfortunately it didn't group well at all. 1"-ten shot groups at 50yds.
