I like how he is just rolling along passing cars on the left of a double stripe city street, then enters the intersection on a red with what appears to be no clue and looking left as she hits him on his right. Honestly, he got what he deserved.

I agree he was in the wrong, but the law is very clear on leaving the scene of an accident, if she would have stayed and cleared it up with the cops she probably would have walked……..
