yeah that's what i was getting too with the remingtons and my marlin, a bit less with the hornady 30gr vmax ammo.
but if you weigh them first you'll actually start to see less deviation in the "lots" that you set up for yourself, and more consistant hits / groups on paper.
thanks. my gun likes the hornady 30 gr bullets alot better, but finding them is near imposible and with a comp comming up in 2 weeks i figured i better find somthing that would work

Funny, I've been trying to buy some Hornady 30 gr from the local gunshops for a month. Today one of them told me he got some in but someone came along and bought all he had. Oh, well... A few minutes later when I stopped by my buddy's place and was telling him of my frustration, he asked: "how many boxes do you need?" with an impish grin. Man, he had enough stock piled to last me for a year or more! Anyway, he was gracious enough to share some with me.
