Hmmm ........,the original story from 2017 , looks like he was a civilian with family and a business in Estonia, recruited by GRU , caught by KAPO ,traded and now he came back , the reason this didn't make the news is that its hardly a coup, sound more like he was a paid 'informant' not GRU employee , so his intelligence value to KNAPO is likely low closer to zero particularly given this is his second time around.
