Rifle Scopes S&B Centimeter

I have a chance to buy a new S&B PMII 5-25 from a buddy. The scope adjusts in CM. I'm a little confused by the math.

I get 9.1 CM to 1 Mil. However the S&B website says the adustments are .10 mil. Do I now have to learn another freaking system? What am I missing here?
