I see more people running USOs fixed 10s and Leupolds...but never the S&B...

I have searched it, and googled it, but still would like to ask. And just a thought...what are you Really getting with this scope say compared to the new SWFA SS 10x42HD other than the rights to say you own a S&B.

I run three of them(S&B PMII 10X42), two are on .308's and I have a lightweight GAP .260 with one. They are fairly light(21oz), compact and very stout. My favorite big game hunting scope by far.

Funny thing is, where I live and hunt I'm better off with a freakn EOtech or some sort of red dot unless I set up on purpose a longshot at an animal. Any thing more than a fixed 6 is asking for trouble.

I have 2 of them and they won't be for sale anytime soon. One is on my carbon/Patriot hunting rifle and the second is going on a DTA Covert.

Compact, amazing glass and great turrets. Only minor drawback is the 300yrd fix parallax.

Hope this helps.

Good point....It can be difficult getting tight groups at 100 meters because of the parallax being 300 meters. I try to test for groups at 200 and out with those scopes.
