Is Schmidt & Bender going to introduce cerakoted optics in the future? That's all I really wanted to know.

The Cerakoted S&B scope at the SHOT show was their candidate for the PRS rifle. It wasn't built as a commercial (civilian) model.

Is it just the 5-25, or will they be doing it to others? I'd really like a 1-8 in dark earth one of these days to put on my 16" .308.

I have a 5-25 x 56 on order now.. should be here in 4-6 weeks or so. it is the green coated model you saw at SHOT. It is in the new PM II catalog...Its on the way..

I didn't go to SHOT. I'm stationed in Hawaii playing Marine. Though the videos I saw from SHOT, I only saw the dark earth (or what appeared to be) scopes.

I didn't see any green coated S&Bs, only the tan Cerakoted 5-25x with MTC turrets. The Horus reticle didn't work for me at 25x, it was really very thick.

Spoke with my contact at S&B and she said that the tan is available and the other colors should be more widely available around fall to the end of the year. They are also getting some camo patterns done by http://www.freedomgraphix.com/

There are currently two color options available. The green and the sand colored tan.
