Rifle Scopes S&B P4F reticle question??

Does anyone know the specs on the ranging portion of the P4F reticle on the bottom. I think it is 1 meter high at 1000, 800, 600 & 400 yards, but I'm not entirely sure. Would be great if anyone knows exactly.
