I recently picked up a used S&b pm2 psr edition scope. It has the LT turrets. I’ve had a couple of these scopes before and never had an issue, but on this particular scope I can only get 13 mils of elevation out of the turret from zero. It never gets to a second revolution before it locks out. I’m planning on calling S&b Monday but was hoping maybe someone had a quick fix for this.

Try going the opposite way, go all the way the other way, reset the turrent and try going another turn.
They may have cranked it to the top half because of some mounting problem.
I always find it's useful to try going all the way up and all the way down to determine what's going on.
