S&W MP15-22

From the factory, yes. If you're talking about aftermarket, mostly.
MP15-22 has a stout firing pin spring so if you're shopping for something aftermarket, you'll have to find something with full power hammer spring(s) that strikes particularly hard. Many of the drop-in trigger modules do not have a stiff enough hammer strike. Also, keeping in mind that you have a plastic lower so triggers with springs or set screw to keep the trigger module tensioned against the trigger pins may not be properly supported within the receiver.

Easy way to dramatically improve the stock 15-22 trigger is a light polish and replace the springs with JP yellow competition springs.
AR trigger parts are, for the most part, surface hardened. Polish through that layer and you've cut through the hardening. Your trigger job won't last. And installing lighter springs will do you no favors, especially with inconsistently-primed bulk ammo.

I said light polish. I've had mine for 7-8 years ran hard in local tactical rifle matches and practice. Shot over 15K of Blazer 40g through it plus several thousands of M-22. Has never missed a beat.
