Gunsmithing sacage barrel blank

Im getting ready to order a blank for my stevens 200 it is a small shank. i want one just like i have on it now. the one on it from the action to muzzel is 24in just after the barrel nut it is 1.069 di. muzzel is 1.012 that is with coating.

im planing a 260 or 6.5 Creed. with the 140class so 8.5 twist??

so my question is what info does the barrel manufacture need for a blank??

and is 8.5 twist my best bet?? thank you!

Why not get one that is already threaded and chambered from one of the many companies that make pre-fit Savage bbls?
