Rifle Scopes safe clearance?

Hi, I got this standar height rings for my 58mm sn3. Do you think there's enough clearance between barrel and objective?
It's about 4mm.
The scope is as forward as possible I might have to move it a little to the back, so this clearance would decrease about 1mm or 2. Leaving 2mm clearance.

The taller ones are way too tall. About 1cm clearance when the scope is all the way to the back.

If it clears, it clears. My ERGO is so close the little screw in it just barely scrapes the barrel when I turn it.

That's plenty of clearance even if you move it back a bit.

Yes those are badgers max50 standar height. steel.
