What you get:
This rifle new as configured would cost you over $5,526! A Sako TRG 42 (new costs $4,148), TRG I.T.R.S. (Integrated Tactical Rail System, $390), Bi-pod ($459), Muzzle Brake ($199+), Picatinny Rail Low ($330), (1) Allen wrench tool (1) Magazine.Bolt take-down tool, and Manual

2013 Model vs Pre 2013?
My rifle is a 2013+ 338LM TRG 42 in Green stock, and because it’s the 2013+ Model it has the Upgraded Trigger so that it cannot be adjusted out of safe zone so it will not discharge on accident, Also the 338LM had the Bolt Redesigned to ensure proper ejection of the spent cases. The last thing I wanted is to be hunting with this rifle and have issues with ejecting a case, even target shooting for that matter. Who wants to take time fixing when your there to enjoy. Pre 2013 models only have one ejector plunger and 2013+ models have been upgraded to (2) ejection plungers to ensure proper ejection of case, also the Safety Lever/Paddle is wider on the 2013 models so it’s easier to operate and lastly the butt pad is black. My rifle has all these new function and safety features as a 2013+ Model, but the butt pad is brown, because I purchased a pre 2013 Green Stock for it since they look better. So, with the TRG 42 338LM, Know if your buying a Pre 2013 Model or a 2013+ Model, there are big difference that would cost over a $1000 to upgrade an older one to the new features of the 2013+ Model. Older models have shinny blued barrels, don’t have three holes in trigger guard and only have one plunger in bolt face, but pad is black. Know what you are buying there is a big difference in value.

Condition:
Like New, Sako TRG 42 in 338 Lapua Magnum, Round count is only 25 and I have the 25 pieces of brass fired from this rifle if you reload. I purchased it because I have had TRG 42’s and I know they are light weight (compared to other tactical 338LMs) and are sub ½ MOA rifles. If you reload you can get well below that. The original owner is a dealer who put a scope on it, sighted it in, while breaking it in to be ready for a Myth Busters episode but it ended up not being used. It is very rare to see one of these with the I.T.R.S. I changed the stock from black to green because I think they look much better. I am selling because I have too many great rifles, I don’t have time to shoot. Will be selling about 5-6 more soon.
