Gunsmithing Sako action for .338 Lapua

is this doable and how much machine work involved in it. Is there enough bolt face material ? I think this now is 7mm STW and is a friend of mines. Im pushing him toward GA Precision on this.Thanks

I not sure but i think this is sako long action.Most likely an older AV type.Thanks
