Gunsmithing Sako Install Instructions

Guy's I have a Remington bolt that has a Sako extractor installed that doesn't function correctly and am hoping someone might have install directions so that I can back track the work and see what is causing the problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes please explain, what it is/isn't doing correctly and what caliber....I have a set of instructions.

Has the bolt face been bushed or has the slot just been cut for the extractor in the original bolt face?

It doesn't pivot to allow it to grip the case.
