I was wondering if any of you Sako Quad trainer owners have bought other barrels than just 22LR and how you like them??

I have a plain jane quad with the 17HM2 and 22LR barrel... both are very accurate.

Yes, it does. The only possible issue with the "quick" part is if you have a large scope that does not allow the barrel to pivot up enough to be removed, in that case you would need to remove the scope to change barrels.

That makes sense, and kinda sucks. I guess higher rings and adjustable cheekpiece would help.
