How does someone go about replacing the stock Mil Sling Swivels with the Sako QD cups?

Just unscrew the rings with a screwdriver through the loop and replace with a suitable countersunk screw. (Rear stock)

In the front it's a bit trickier since you need to mount a cup somehow.

I think the best way to for the front is to get a KRG spigot. That gives you a QD sling mount on the sides and rail space below to mount a standard bipod.
