Talk to Alex at Euro Optic. He is in Pennsylvania but will ship to California. His prices will make it WAY cheaper than attempting to get it from a local dealer. Trust me, I bought mine through Alex once I was out here...and even after the transfer dealer screwed me on sales tax it was still cheaper than I could have gotten it before tax out here. Plus, he is a super nice guy to deal with and will have most of the colors and barrel lengths in stock for shipment. Try that with a local shop.
Normally, I am all about buying local. However, the price difference is so large that it makes it stupid not to get it from somewhere else.

Bolsa Gunsmithing in Westminster, Ca. has a TRG 42 in stock right now. They have a TRG 22 in stock too. They always try and keep one of each in stock.
