SAMMI spec

While looking at other cartridges in the SAMMI spec I realized I am not reading the overall case length correctly. I originally read it as 2.015 to 2.020. I don’t believe 2.015 +/- 0.020 is correct either since the chamber length is 2.025. The other interpretation I came up with is the minimum case length is 1.995, which doesn’t seem right since the reloading guides say trim to 2.005 +/- (that’s the midpoint so maybe??).
What is the correct way to interpret 2.015 - .020?

2.015" -0.020 is 1.995" to 2.015". Min chamber is 2.025" so you have a minimum clearance of 0.010".

Tolerance on case is only negative a dimension are Maximum Case lengths.
