I recently became newly single so I decided that instead of spending what I normally would on her for the holidays, I would treat myself. So, purchased a NIB Rem 700 SPS Tac. today at a show in town. Optics are already taken care of. So should I buy a drag bag/case or bolt knob/bottom medal? Hardware or softwear ya know?

+1 on the ammo as you only get better pulling the trigger, as for a drag bag I personally have never used one or any of the guys I shoot with. Next would be a bipod, sling, make your own rear bag.

May I suggest a B&C Light Tactical stock w/ full aluminum bedding block. I have one on my SPS varmint and its my favorite addition.
Next would be a trigger, mine will get one soon.

The Bell and Carlson stock is a great suggestion and that would be my first buy if I already reloaded for it.

I have my eye on one of these but I want to put it into a AICS stock.
I guess you should just shoot it first and see what you get out of it before any major mods.
