If the policy is publicly displayed than the denial of service is legit. Fail to publicly refuse service prior to entry than you serve that patron.

Lets see how long a business that declares "No n------ served here" will last.

If you are proud of your stand proclaim it publicly and save your self the confrontation with that which you do not like.
