Suppressors SAS Resistor 7.62 Tomb

West Texas Ordnance had this on their Facebook page:

For all of our Suppressed Armament System users, SAS has just released out the Resistor. Its desinged to fill the role between the Reaper and the Arbiter being 8". They redesigned the outer shell to be more ergonomic and easier to grab and detach with the raised machining. Mounts to the existing Flash Hiders and brakes already out there. We will follow up with comparison videos once these arrive.

I own both a Reaper (7") and Arbiter (9") and wish this 8" can had been available at the time. Seems pretty perfect. Dying for more info. I'd buy another SAS can without hesitation. Feel like a sales ad: "Collect all 3!"

If I were you I'd call Jamie at Mile High and ask about it.

Ryedaddy, how do you like that Reaper? I was actually at Mile High a few months ago fondling a brake attach Reaper, decided to think about it, came back three days later and it was gone. Bastard. Seriously though, I have been on the lookout for a can specifically for a 8.2" 300 BLK with the goal of keeping it as short and light as possible. The Reaper seemed to fit better than anything else. Curious what you're experience has been. The Resistor seems interesting too though...

downcoyote, think it was $899, I looked at the AAC but went with this, nice and light and 8 inches long. I did buy the AAC TiRant and Element 2 as I didn't want to go through the wait again in a few months.

Sorry, just saw you asked.

That's exactly what I bought the Reaper for, keeping my 10" 300 BLK as short and light as possible. It's perfect for that, and still very quiet on my bolt actions and other AR's. If. I had it to do again I would still choose the Reaper cor short and light.

POI shift is ZERO, none at all.
