My barrel is 24" now. I would like to shorten to 20" recrown, thread, and flute. Can anybody recommed a good company for this.

Any gunsmith can handle that job. Cakewalk.
When picking a smith though, the litmus test should be whether he'll "single-point" cut the crown. It can be done with a piloted cutter, which works, but single-point cutting on the lathe is better.

since you said fluting, try kampfield. twisted barrels second. i think either will do the cut & recrown and both will flute
