Anyone got their hands on the Savage 110BA 338 Lapua yet? Im curious to what anyones thoughts are and also what is the bottom metal? Can you use the Seekins or Wyatt mags with it or anyone changed out the bottom metal on one yet? Would you buy one again, I havent been able to find one local and torn between buying a Badger action or trying the 110BA

I just bought the 10 BA 308. Feels like a super solid rifle. From the looks of this thing it wont accept any other magazine. I haven't had much time to play with it yet because I haven't told my wife I spent another 2k today on gun shit lol.. Anyways my USO will be here this week so a range report and such shall follow

Thanks DUB19K, I think they are fairly similar I would love to see what you think about the 308 version. I am really wondering what the options are for this stick. I am in the middle of a 338 Edge build but the 110BA sounds like it maybe worth the $ but then again I havent even been able to get my hands on one yet.

i would like a savage 110 BA in fact im looking at the 300wm. i like the 338 but i cant afford the price of LM if i could find it in RUM it would be a golden rifle for me!

I have The 10ba as well, and it accepts AI mags. There built on the same platform, so I would think the 110ba is the same.

I had one in the shop here for a one over, it shot well for the customer with handloads he was running around .5moa. She is heavy but nice none the less.
