Anyone know how to disassemble a Savage model 25 bolt? I have one that fails to light a primer every 10-15 rounds so would like to pull it apart to see what's going on. Can't figure the danged thing out currently. I figure I'm missing something simple.

No. The primers are not "bad". They fire in other rifles just fine.

I'm sure that Savage would take a look at it but I'm trying to save some shipping hassles and fix it in-house.

It's this one in .223: Savage

There has to be something simple to it but I'm probably too dense to figure it out.

Oops. That link didn't work out as planned. Anyway, the rifle is the Model 25 Lightweight Varminter. It shoots fer chit too but I'm determined to make it worth owning.
