Rifle Scopes Savage Arms 110 BA shooters...

....does that extended factory rail require you to go with slightly higher rings than normal? Customer buying a 3.5-21x50 HDMR and needs 34mm ring height

I used Badger Max-50 30mm std height .823 with a 44mm objective on my Savage 338 and it was less than 1/4" clearance.

Wow, those are low 34mm rings! Only about 0.15" tall

Sounds like 1.0" for a 50mm will work just fine.
