I think my barrel is getting seasoned. It has just been grouping tighter and tighter. I have a couple of loads worked out one is with Retumbo, the other with H 1000. These groups are typical of the day at 300 yards.
Re: Savage BA 110, starting to come in to it's own!
I would say about a buck and a half maybe 2. I am ready to do some seating development and see what shakes. I have had her out to 650 yards on steel and she pings it real good!! In January when the SMGC starts to hold their practice sessions I will try some 1K on paper so I can see how she groups out there.

Re: Savage BA 110, starting to come in to it's own!
I am pretty happy, I did not get there overnight. Current workup is Lapua brass, 87gr Rutambo 300SMK 3.681 COAL. The other load is 88gr H1000, 300SMK same COAL. I don't have my data with me so I will update the muzzle velocity later.
Re: Savage BA 110, starting to come in to it's own!
Nice groups!
I'm going to try 87 Retumbo & 300SMK. Last time i loaded 15 rounds
90.0 : 91.0 : 92.0 grains of Retumbo, 300gr SMK, new Lapua brass, Fed primers.
Three five shot groups at 300 yards (using front rest & sand bag) looked the same, about 1moa.
