Savage/Manners owners.

I have a savage action going in a manners T stock. What length action screws did you use for the front and rear?
The stock screw lengths are too short.

There is no generic cookie cutter answer.

Buy some 1/4-28 socket head cap screws at the hardware store that are a bit too long, and trim them down appropriately.

There isn't a whole lot of thread engagement available, so make the most of it.
