As a fellow newbie here, I believe you all are being way too hard on him.
Piston Pete, SnazzySniper, and mamosly have been extremely helpful to me on this forum.
They taught me what NOT to do.

It was likely a coke bottle and duct tape, something he learned to make from some tool on Youtube.

Yeah...I had to close my Savage's scope caps on both of these. She didn't much like it.
Hey man, I think the mod is ugly as sin, but if it works for you and gets the job done, then by all means...enjoy!

I had to laugh a bit when I saw this one. And then I thought, "Hey now, if I spent some time making a stock how I wanted it, I'd show it to the world no matter how it turned out." As long as it'll shoot true, who cares? We're not in a salon...
I'm with HathcockWannebe. It's not my cup of tea by any stretch of the imagination, but if you like how it turned out, congrats!
