I’m doing the simplest process in swapping barrels on my new savage Mark Ii.

I’ve dropped the Action and barrel into my MDT LSS 22LR chassis and something, near the trigger area has locked into the action. It is teetering at the action area. I cannot pull the action out of the chassis. Something is stuck. Any help?

Are you able to rotate the barreled action? There are several pins and such that might be out of position.

There is a pin on the trigger that sticks out. Could be making contact if the chassis isn’t recessed enough for it. I broke it in my McCree left hand. Was able to get a new pin and milk out the area. Hope it’s more simple than that on yours.
