Savage tactical bolt lift?

What are the options out there for a larger savage bolt handle? Do they require cut/thread like the 700, or is the entire knob replaceable?

It is a modular system where you undo the rear bolt screw and replace the entire bolt knob. I really like the savage system. Glades tactical is my favorite knobs for savage.

Can you do bolt knobs for lefty's? SSS doesn't do lefty bolt handles.
