Gunsmithing savage torque settings

what i have:
savage mark ii tr
getting ready to install dip 25moa one piece base, seekin 4 screw rings, and vortex pst 4x16x50 scope.
need to know what torque settings to use for each part.
also might adjust the acu-trigger and would like to know what torque setting for the action to start with and if there is a max setting. (still have the cheap factory bottom metal)

i've done some research but the numbers are so varied that i question the reliability of some of those sources. i'm hoping the experts here can set things straight.

15 inch pounds on the #6 scope base screws wetted with loctite.
25 inch pounds on the seekins #8 screws left dry.
