I have a "Weather Warrior" M116. The bolt parts are not stainless, but plated;the plating is wearing off and the action is getting rough in operation. Any fixes recommended by experienced operators? Thanks.

brownells lists everything as stainless. either satin or high polish. i would hate to think you would have to buy anything for this reason. savage is great as fas as customer service, call them tomorrow and start there first
