50-75 yards? Do you already have an AR10 lower? If not at this distance, just use a .223/5.56 or if like me you can not use a .22 caliber for big game (VA laws) I'd go with a 300 blackout on an ar15 lower. I'm waiting for my form 1 for my 300 blackout SBR to come in, but I may go to my SOT and shoot mine next weekend. I'll post pictures and video if I do. </div></div>
I do, but I actually think I'm going to go with 6.8 spc. I did quite a bit of reading last night and it seems that it will out perform a 7.62 when using a 10-12 inch barrel, in terms of velocity and penetration. I'm just not a big fan of using .22 cal on a hog or deer.
