I was looking at the HK G28 DMR and it said it had a Schmidt and Bender 3-20 with the DMR reticle.

never heard of a DMR reticle.....P3,P4,P4F,Klein,H2CMR,MSR are the only reticles that I know of in the 3-20. But then again I don't know everything.

You can also get an H59 in S&B but I have not heard of a DMR.

Specs for the G28 on the HK website describe the scope as:

"HK-Schmidt & Bender 3-20x50 G28"

Any chance there is a non-commercially available reticle specific to the Bundeswehr?

The reticle in the 3-20 for the Deutsche Bundeswehr is one of their own design and is not available commercially. Not sure if a PDF is available for it or not. I've only ever seen it in the scope.
The entire reticle is illuminated including the outer posts which to me is a bit of a distraction as it seems to overtake the target. Just my opinion.
