Scope Base Compatibility

Does anyone know if a base made for a 700 action will mount properly on a Stiller TAC-30?

Actually, my above statment was not entirely true.

Straight from Stiller's website "Standard front Remington bases fit both front and rear mounts."

So a one piece rail will not fit.
