scope base for remington 700 338 lapua

Now i am just a guy that likes to shoot not a pro by no means
i bought a remington 700 in 338 lapua and was wondering what base to put on it am looking at badgers 45 moa i believe or there 20 moa what one would be best. also before u ask the scope i am also looking at is leupolds mark 4 6.5-20x50 with 100 moa of adjustment according to there web site.

i got the 45 MOA, but havent shot far enough to use the extra yet!

I run the Badger 20 moa on mine. With my Burris XTR 6-24, the combo gives me over 50 moa of elevation from a 100 yard zero.

i run the USO 20 moa. but am going to change to the nightforce 40 moa.

my scope is the leupold 6.5-20x50 TMR FFP.

Look at USO... they have some great products.

I'm partial to EGW's 20 MOA bases.

I wouldnt bother with a 20 moa base unless you are using the mk4 4.5-14x50 wich is a 100 moa elevation .then zero it at 300 yds.I dont think youll be shooting expensive 338 lm at 100 yds on a regular basis?Get the 40 moa nightforce or badger base 45 moa.
