Rifle Scopes Scope elevation setting question

I have a question regarding how (if possible) to adjust my rifle scopes elevation. My scope is an Athlon Cronus with a 34mm tube in mrad and it has 1 full revolution and 1 mrad of elevation upwards (11 mrad) from the zero at 100 yards. It does have 2 full revolutions and 1.6 mrads downwards (or 21.6 mrad) from zero. The rail is a zero Moa base.
Is there a way that I can adjust the scope so that I can compensate more for bullet drop at greater distance? It is on a .308 and I’m typically using a 180 grain bullet so it has some significant bullet drop at long distance.
I plan to get a new scope base with some elevation built in at some point.

And you have it zeroed at 10@ yards? Seems crazy to me but first I would take it apart and reassemble and verify it’s zero. My 2 cronuss on 3 rifles with a 20moa rails and 4 barrels across them all give me ~20 mils up to dial.
If zeroed and that’s that then 20 moa=5.98 mils. You have 20 of the 30 mils available down now, I don’t think the 40 rail would hurt you. A new barrel that’s clicked and impacts differently may but you’ll have awhile until that bridge gets crossed and even then it’ll probably be fine.

Yes, it is sighted in and zeroed at 100yards. I will take everything apart and put it back together and see if there’s any change.
 
Is your base removable, or is it part of the rifle? If you can remove it get one with an incline. You can also find rings and mounts that have an incline built in. Every 10 MOA of incline will transfer about 3 mrad from down to up in your elevation. I'd avoid going too far though, because glass tends to blur some towards the extremes of the turrets.
To help us make more specific recommendations, what type of rifle is it? Do you have a barrel shroud on it? Etc. Or just post a picture and save 1000 words.

Just got home. The rifle is a Remington 700 with the 5r barrel and hs precision stock in .308. The scope base is 0 moa by Midwest Industries and the rings are vortex precision matched. There are lower rings on the way, I measured incorrectly the first go round.
It’s typically used for targets out to 500 or so, hog hunting to 300 and whitetail at 1-200, so nothing extreme.
For scale the scope bell is 5/8 over the barrel.

I find it very odd that you're not closer to the middle of your scope with a 0 MOA rail. That means your sight axis diverges up from your bore axis by over 5 mrad. Is it possible that you have 20 MOA rings installed backwards? Your front ring does look taller to me in the picture, but it could just be perspective. And that would put your sight axis around 6 mrad up from the bore axis. If you're taking the rings off anyway, try putting them next to each other and see if they're the same size.
When I mount a new scope, I generally convert the rail's incline to mrad, dial down that much, shoot the rifle, and I'm nearly on target at 100 yards, because the sight an bore axes are so close to each other.

I took it all apart and measured the rings heights from the top of the rail to the lowest section of the rings that hold the scope tube (hopefully that makes sense) with a micrometer and they’re both the exact same. The scope is new to the rifle, before it had a vortex 30mm that was right on. Went to a 34mm tube to get more elevation adjustment.
 
If the zero of your other scope was close to the middle of your elevation, I'd suspect the new scope might be bad. It's possible something is loose in the elevation mechanism, or there was a manufacturing error. Athlon has a lifetime warranty, I believe. Maybe give them a call.
