Rifle Scopes Scope for a SCAR 17s

I have a SCAR 17s that currently wears an Eotech EXPS 3-0 with a G33 3x magnifier that works well for heavy metal division in 3 gun. I am looking into getting another scope for some long range fun with it. I am looking for a 20" barrel assembly for it so I can shoot out to 1000 better than with the 16". I am military so I can get the discount from Leopold which drew my eye to the 3-18x Mk6. What other options would you guys recommend for a lightweight scope that has 15+ magnification on the high end. Price is not a huge issue right now. I am just wondering what you guys would recommend for a semi-auto precision rifle that does not weigh a ton.

Burris XTR II are very nice for the price.
