Rifle Scopes Scope for lightweight hunting rig

Scope will be going on a 6# rifle either 6.5 Cm or .300 Wm. Will be used for all types of hunting. Looking for something that will shine in low light conditions. Min power 4 ish max 20 ish. Will be used to hunt at extended ranges. 600-1000 yards. Unlimited budget.
Order of importance

1. Glass low light clarity
2. Weight
3. Magnification

I put a Leupold Mark 6 3-18 on my lightweight build. It has been flawless. They do have a reputation for variable reliability though - I guess I got lucky. If I were doing the same build today, I would look hard at the Leupold Mark 5 scopes. They seem to have a very solid reputation. You could also look at March scopes. What's your budget?
