Rifle Scopes Scope for shooting subs and supersonic

Just finished a hog hunter makeover and need to buy a scope for it. Form 4 should be
should be back soon. I've never shot subs and bought this gun to play around with it.
If I get tired of subs, at the very least I have a short barreled 308.
What scope would you recommend for this dual purpouse? Hunting under 200 yards
and don't need high magnification. I would like illumination.
I was thinking Vortex pst 2.5-10x32 but don't know if ffp would be a plus or minus for this application.
I've never owned a ffp scope.

The Vortex PST 2.5-10x32mm would work very well for this setup, I'm sure a SFP would work also very well.

What kind of drop in moa or mrad do you see between your loads?
I don't want a red dot and would like to know if I need to stick with mil-dot or get a bdc reticle.
I use mrad except for a npr-2.

The nightforce velocity 600 LV is perfect for 308 and subsonic. On subsonic, zero for 25 which also is a zero at 50. From there you divide by 25 for your distance. At 75 yds you divide by 25 and that is 3. So you use the 300 yd tick. This works all the way out to 150 yds, where you use the 500 yd tick. Spot on match.

Thanks for the reply. I actually thought about this scope. I have the nxs 8-32 on my 260, but before even shooting a subsonic round, I can't make myself pay that much for this. If I didn't like it, all I would think about is what else I could have gotten instead. I'm still trying to round up some trail boss to even try something out!
