Rifle Scopes Scope height on Rem 5R

I have a Remington 5R .308 with a SS 10x42HD scope. I have the scope mounted on a EGW 20moa rail using TPS TSR low steel rings, and the front of my scope bell sits 3/8" over the barrel. What alternative to the base that I am using will lower my scope down 1/4"?

Seekins 20 MOA base is nice and low...

Is it possible to find one of these Seekins bases right now? They are out of stock everywhere and Seekins won't even respond to resupply questions...
